Tuesday night webcasts from vconf.org

So I ran across this site:
and the top of the page says it all:
"The concept is simple: every week, usually on Tuesdays at 10:30PM EDT(EST) we get together via screen-sharing, voice chat, webcams, and a chat room and watch a virtual presentation on a technical topic.

If you can’t make it to Mix, PDC, Dev Days, or other tech conferences – you can make it to this one. And if you can’t make it to the presentation – they’re all available for download so you can watch later."
I checked out most of tonights webcast and it was pretty good! They use Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro, which is very similar to LiveMeeting, and the audio comes through the soundcard (versus over the phone). There were no technical problems, the audio and video quality was great, and the content was great!

Apperently, all sorts of people present and you can even sign up to present if you’d like. Best of all, all of this is free (free to signup, free to attend, no popups, etc). Anyhow, this is worth checking out if you see an upcoming presentation that looks interesting to you.
